Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • The price and the functionality is great. Very easy to start using.

  • Easy to navigate. Modules are streamlined. A bit confusing at first; however, once one becomes familiar, it's easy to use.

  • Cons

  • There is not all of the bells and whistles that you get with some CRM systems however due to the good price and functionality it is still a very good option.

  • The only con that i find in it is that it is abit tough to learn at one shot. So new ones take some time in getting handy with it.

  • Pros

  • Very easy to use. Love that it integrates with Quickbooks. Support is always quick and knowledgeable. Great for on-the-go time & billing tracking.

  • Excellent app. We have been using for 3 years and was the best investment. User interface is very intuitive, integrates easily with quickbooks and the customer support is EXCELLENT!

  • Cons

  • Can't do some more granular stuff we need, like weekly (rather than monthly) resource allocations, and there are some necessary workarounds, but it still is going to save us so much time.

  • It was easy enough for me but another employee had a little trouble inputting data, but luckily the customer service helped out!
