I prefer other ticketing system than Fieldpoint/Alert
You can do a lot of customization depending on the fields you need. Once I got used to the interface, I get to utilize other functions.
It is not stable as I get errors here and there when doing updates on tickets. Errors on web browser are not consistent, there are times I type a whole update however when updating ticket it errored out and I lost all that I typed to update ticket.Review Source
