Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I really like the interface of the website and the depth of functionalty to assist running a service desk is really great. Superior software for the price.

  • Has a lot of features to it and easy to manage the ticketing

  • Cons

  • Sometimes it goes down during maintenance or a glitch, otherwise good

  • The only down side I can really see that we had with the software was the learning curve. It was a little different to get used to at first, but not I'm not sure what we did without it.

  • Pros

  • Awesome product super easy to use. Love how I can keep everything everywhere. Well worth the cost. :-)

  • I love how simple the interface is, this product is EASY and user friendly in every way. i have never had an issue with this product.

  • Cons

  • Box is now a flawless program, but the then used to lag behind due to slow internet connection.

  • Browsing tends to be slow at times and users that are not in-house are given read-only access to the files library, but Box remains an excellent robust solution for my needs.
