  • Pros

  • The ease of use is amazing, love the app for my crew, GPS tracking is awesome, and it makes my job easier to manage crew time.
  • They also have great customer service. Felicia did an amazing job taking care of my concern.
  • Cons

  • Sometimes we have problems with synchronization, the application on the phone does not synchronize and the time is calculated poorly.
  • Nothing special to keep me using the app, just grew bored and lazy of experimenting with this type of things.

  • All your cases and documents are on hand at all times. The new email and text messaging integration are great tools to keep all communication in one place.
  • The client portal is great for sharing documents and more secure than email. I have not utilized it as much as I could for workflows/deadlines, but we are constantly improving on that.
  • Cons

  • It controls fonts and layouts and is just bad. I use it to merge and then use Word to fix it up.
  • The recent integration with Dropbox is confusing as well but I suppose that may be my lack of familiarity with how it functions.
