Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • This product was easy to use and had a great looking interface. I did like the ability to easily see what each team member was working on.

  • How many features it has and how easy it is to use them. The interface is very visually pleasing and doesn't look too intimidating. And means we can work easily across teams.

  • Cons

  • I like almost everything...the only pain point has been notifications. They are a little hard to configure in a useful way and I get too many of them for boards that I own.

  • The integration with outlook is a bit tedious. They are working on that, and another pro is their support is very responsive to our needs.

  • Pros

  • Love that this product makes creating expenses super easy.

  • easy of use and the ability to submit photo's of receipts

  • Cons

  • Sometimes I don't get the email approvals so I have to check in often, but other then that it works well.

  • My only complaint is with the pre-approvals process. It's completely functional, but a bit clunky compared to the expense side.
