Receipt imaging and organization was another welcome addition. We extract and interface expense data (weekly) and time sheet data (semi-monthly) from Databasics to our accounting application.

The product works and functions as needed for this organization. Customer support is top drawer.

So long as we can effectively learn how to do things, most of the validation rules that we'd want to add to our configuration etc could theoretically be done on our own.

We set it up and it tracks and provides views to employees with me doing anything. It's a huge time saver and big benefit for our team members.

I love that they have an app for smartphones. It makes things so much easier.

Databasics has solved most of this issue. The support I have recieved (even witn stupid errors) is extremely fast.

Customer support is amazing and responds very quickly when you need assistance.

Nevertheless, the strongest asset of the Databasics service is the support team. Their effectiveness and expediency is extraordinary.

I miss being able to have go between two functions in the application.

As an administrator, I dislike the fact that I no longer have physical custody of the database for other analysis or reporting needs.

The customer service is also a huge highlight. They are always willing to help and are super friendly.

Overall TechnoServe has had a great experience with Databasics. Their implementation team was excellent and their customer support has been top notch.

All ad hoc reporting must be done through the embedded Jasper reporting application. This generally meets the needs but is sometimes inconvenient to use.

With their multiple filters for cost centers, project codes, employee, etc we can easily analyze hours for internal and billing purposes.

Time Tracker is quite easy to use and customize for the purpose of my time entry. It runs on a system that makes it easy to use and the format is not cluttered or messy, but seamless and clean.

It's a fairly good software to keep track of the employees work. There are benefits and disadvantages of the system like many do.

The best thing I like about this software is that I can easily generate an invoice with my logo so it looks personal and professional.

You do have to stop and start the timer if you are switching between devices. There is no page for all your timers.

I love the fact that you can set alerts or reminders, the time rounding functionality and the fact that I can customize my dashboard as needed. Free accounting is a big plus.

Integration with Apple suggested fills is fantastic. Makes time entry on the fly easy and promotes productivity capture.

I really like the ease of payroll approval. I also like the notifications of employees not clocking in on time.

Nice that is integrates with Quickbooks, but thats about it.

Easy to use, great for backing up claims for add-services by being able to look up and print hours spent and why.

If you don't select the client first, it give you all sorts of warnings. There should only be a warning if you try to exit the software without filling out a field.

Free integrations is one of the positive things which is attracted to many users.I would recommend others to use the free trial and check if its worth for the price point.

I do like the time evaluation (billable/non-billable) and the ease of inputing projects and descriptions of work.
