Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • The breadth of capabilities. It shows us so much information.

  • Easy of use. Reporting. The staff seems to like watching their daily ranking.

  • Cons

  • There isn't really anything, the set up is a little odd at first but once you do the first few it becomes very easy.

  • hard to compare month by month, to adrese beter time management

  • Pros

  • Nothing Particularly excites me about this software

  • I love how easy it is to start timing a job/task for billable time tracking. The website is fast to load and use with a great UI.

  • Cons

  • There are a few integrations that are available for WFM (eg Xero) which work really well but It would be great if WFM had Zapier integration.

  • I find the layout a bit clunky While it is great for simple quotes, Workflowmax is not very suitable for complex quotations. Any quotation with more than a dozen lines become hard to follow.
