  • Pros

  • Dedicated support is very important and I would recommend the software because of the support you receive.
  • It has good functionality and the ease of use from desktop/laptop and mobile is excellent.
  • The reporting, generic as well as the customized will do a world of good for any company. This is one of the best tools that we use in house.
  • Cons

  • Language customization was a problem at first. No integration with our Simply Accounting software (although we could export to Quick books and then export that to Simply Accounting).
  • Lack of invoicing capabilities , weird and old mobile app.
  • Also, not being able to change the project number without deleting it and starting over if an expense is submitted on the wrong project.

  • This app is super easy to use and very user friendly and it includes A Great Mobile app to keep up to date with projects.
  • We appreciate that we have found a great solution to support our project's success and have an all in one solution to make our project reporting and billing manageable to our funding partners.
  • Powerful reporting and the ability to track progresses across different projects through Zoho Projects is impressive and easy to import data from other third party tools.
  • Cons

  • Chat windows lag a lot between communication and real time forums take lot of time to update. Zoho requires high internet bandwidth, slow internet creates problem with updates and Zoho starts lagging.
  • The system doesn't remember your preferred view and constantly changes on you. The Kanban view is next to useless.
  • My takeaway from this is that the system is the way it is, take it or leave it. Because of all the small UI quirks and bugs it wastes a lot of your time.
