Thomson Reuters built something valuable; TPG and Francisco Partners have weaponized it into a cash extraction vehicle while the culture implodes. Any law firm serious about privacy compliance should avoid this vendor entirely. I have filed formal complaints with California regulators (CPPA, FTC) documenting their non-compliance with opt-out requirements.
