To add insult to injury, 18 months after Freshbooks canceled and deleted my account, they charged my credit card for another year subscription.

Freshbooks should be facing fraud charges and or a Class Action lawsuit. I expect either very shortly in the future.

Ease of use and integration from pc to mobile. The fact that i could copy repetitive invoices and projects saved me a lot of time as well.

It’s very easy to use,excellent customer service and use also a great mobile app. I am really happy to have this software in my company.

I love that i can send edit and track my business. The app on my phone is great but would like more of the same options as the desktop.

Software is easy to use, has the appropriate features and the support staff is outstanding.

Interface is hard and confusing to use. Not built for those without precision motor skills (forget it if you have any sort of impairment).

It shows you who is yet to give the payments and how much outstanding balance is remaining. The compatibility of FreshBooks is so good that it tells you the total profit and loss.

The downside of FreshBooks is that there is no possibility of merging contacts while duplicates are repeated when Freshbooks connects to another platform e.g. Hubspot.
