This integrated solution provides visibility into various business facet, from financials and human resources to supply chain, sales, projects, and customer relationship management.

Infor CloudSuite Business is suitable for growing organizations and multi-site subsidiaries of global enterprises. The supply chain management feature take scare of procurements and sourcing. A supplier portal enables self-service for suppliers, allowing them to view orders, submit bills and track delivery.

It includes a unified and automated human resource management solution that spans an entire organization, a project management solution, an automated CRM system that provides a 360-degree view of a company's customers and target market and an in-context business intelligence solution. The solution adheres to IFRS, GAAP and XBRL reporting standards.

Very versatile software intended for warehousing and inventory type sales. There are many add-ons available.

Cons

This software is not well suited for use in the service industry. There are many issues when it comes to invoicing and generating statements.

Customer service is OK. They have been available for the most part, and fairly responsive when issues arise.

Pros

Some features make it easier to fine esoteric orders and product that have been processed in years past. This is one feature I would consider an upgrade.

Everything is based on your Internet Connection. Bugs aside, this can cause delayed loading time when generating documents. Former versions operated more like a spread sheet, allowing you to hop from cell to cell. Now there

Coming from the developer perspective, it is the most customizable CRM of the ones that I've worked with. It's not configurable; it's customizable! The vendor was very available to us for support. We felt that we were important to them as a client.

Cons

There were some glitches and issues, but nothing that we couldn't work around. Their syncing process was not great, so we ended up using Citrix.

I just recently started using it so I have limited knowledge of the product. But what I have used, I do like and think it is easy to navigate through. It is intuitive on the functionality. I am sure as I learn more I will be very happy with the product and the output.
