It is easy to use and the company has continued to follow up with us regularly to make sure we are happy with the product and to see if we have any questions.

It is difficult to prioritize without the deadline distinction.

They also send us regular tips and tricks to get the most out of our software. It has been a great experience.

Integration was relatively easy. Everything from the dashboard to the task flow was very simple and also easy to understand.

They have been very responsive with any and all our questions. We were able to quickly set the software up and train our staff.

The filtering and column sorting system in the Jobs tab is awkward, there is a limit on the number of Labels allowed, would prefer more granularity in email notification options.

Jetpack allows us to keep on top of all our deadlines. The software is easy to use, easy to set up and customer service is top of the line.

No way to turn tasks off on the calendar permanently. No way to change a template once you have entered the template and change all of them.

Plus with the reports, we could filter by name of task, due date, etc. We did have an issue with tasks randomly disappearing, though, which was really scary and made us lose some trust in the system.

We ended up moving on to Karbon because of the email integration, but overall my experience with JetPack was actually pretty good.

Easy to use, helps to keep track of projects and allows you to take notes. Also keeps track of billing time.

We are a small (3 person) firm, and I am no IT guru. I found the setup to be very user friend and the support of the software has been wonderful.

I love the fact that I have a list of all of my clients and I can assign tasks to each client. It helps me make sure that I don't let anything fall through the cracks.

They have a great product that is still affordable for a small firm. Having all jobs and tasks on each client in one place is wonderful.

We use this keep our firm and team on top of task, projects and due dates. It does a great job in keeping you in shape with a nice and user-friendly interface.

The worst thing I can think of is that it's easy in some entry fields to click out without checking to accept the entry. The entry is lost and has to be rekeyed.
