Jetpack Workflow vs Karbon: Which is best for you?

The videos are short and thorough which is wonderful.

You can upload documents or save documents to the client file, but there is no way to organize them. As documents build, you have to dig through them to find what you are looking for.

The best feature for our team is Workflow Management, what a relief to be able to know where each work item / job is at for each client.

That the list view of work doesn't allow me to set a default view and that it always shows completed work that i have to filter out. And that I can't customize invoicing more to make all work one line versus job by job.
