The product is a stand-alone native app built on the Salesforce cloud platform; however, users do not have to be Salesforce customer to use this solution.
With Krow, users can manage tasks, share files and stay current with real-time activity updates. Project planning tools such as task calendars and Gantt charts give managers information about resource workloads and priority scheduling.
Additionally, with project billing and financial capabilities, users can track billable and non-billable hours, track cost and bill rates and compare budgets and actuals to measure margins and profitability.
Krow Enterprise Work Management is available worldwide as a cloud-based solution, compatible with all operating systems (mobile apps for Android, iOS and Windows phones are also available). The solution is priced at a flat fee per user per month (annual contracts apply).
