  • Pros

  • Most of it works most of the time. Some of it is quite useful.
  • The platform is attractive and simple, extremely affordable when compared with other similar SAAS modalities.
  • Cons

  • Even for those calls that pertain to an established matter, the notification system is poor and you have no way to keep track of these calls separately. Also LEAP has no integrated calendar.
  • Does not work easily for litigation or family law practice.

  • I think the overall interface is clean and user-friendly. The software is also appropriately priced for the included features.
  • The products offered for the price are the best bang for your buck when compared to other HRIS.
  • Cons

  • I have trouble sometimes with the effective dating of records, because our company does payroll in arrears and it can be confusing how to end date and begin date information in our case.
  • We hated loosing our implementation staff [SENSITIVE CONTENT] however our support staff [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is all [SENSITIVE CONTENT] said she would be.
