Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • The product has a lot of features that made the implementation in the first year wonderful. The support staff was great and easy to access. Ease of use, reporting, billing features

  • Works great and is very easy to use even for team members that are technology challenged. Tech support is amazing so quick to reply and great!

  • Cons

  • Customer service is good, but wait times are sometimes long.

  • There are a lot of predefined reports and filters, but we wish there was more customization available, such as a report writer feature.

  • Pros

  • The set-up was very easy. The instructions giving was easy to follow. Customer service was very helpful with the questions that we had.

  • Sage is easy to navigate and easy to learn. There is so much that you can do with the program, it was very useful in my Billing Department.

  • Cons

  • Sometimes all those features can be confusing and trying to navigate the options can confusing but the online support is very very helpful

  • Some things are difficult to find, the search button helps with this, but not always. Recently had trouble finding the ACH setup
