Replicon’s TimeBill solution, part of the Time Intelligence Platform, gives professional service organizations the ability to track time spent by consultants on specific tasks and projects and analyze profit margins by project, practice and client.

Replicon TimeBill helps streamline the billing process by centralizing project time tracking. Projects managers can forecast project revenues and staffing needs; anticipate resource needs and make decisions on hiring, training, and temporary staffing. Replicon TimeBill allows users to gain visibility into the pipeline of projects and consultant availability, and use previous projects as benchmarks to make pricing decisions.

Replicon TimeBill's resource management functionality provides visibility into project allocations and allows managers to track the time employees are spending on billable and non-billable tasks. With accurate time and expense information, businesses can bill their clients accurately for the time spent on their request. For employees, Replicon offers a personalized web portal from where they can submit time-off requests, view their project allocations, and manage deadlines.

    Ease of access and the ability to do Single Sign On are great.
    Integrating the platform with other data sources was relatively easy also.

    Cons

    Set up and implementation can be a little complicated. The software is very customizable but that also makes it difficult to get to the best way to do something.

    Very easy to use, most functions are straight forward to understand. Clean layout with not too much clutter on the GUI.

    Cons

    Button layout could be optimized, rather than hiding menus away in different spots, keep them all together.
    No option to set a fixed profile for recording hours to project, always have to copy from previous week

    I have been using this software for our contract workers and full time staff for over 9 years. Not only do I have an excellent overview of the hours worked, holidays, sick leave etc. but also the contractors can always see how many hours are still available to work within the stated time frame. I would highly recommend Replicon as a practical, well-functioning time-tracking tool.

    Pros

    I like the ease with which I can adapt the programme to suit our specific needs. Occasionally when I have needed assistance, the support team has responded quickly and always provided the solutions.

    Cons

    I really cannot think of anything about the software that I don't like.

    We have now been with Replicon for 3 years, and so far we like everything about it.

    Pros

    What works best for us is that we have location in a different state so this app helps with tracking our employees times and locations when they punch in. I am able to see exactly where they are located when they punch in which gives us a peace of mind. This program is also so easy to use we love it.

    Cons

    Once in a while it glitches, our employees complain that they punch in and it says it didn't take so they try again then it shows a error since it actually did take the first punch.

    Swift and simple customer support even on a Sunday

    We were having an issue with one of our Projects not showing up for a Time Sheet and needed support. The support on a Sunday morning got back to us in under 30 mins and provided a quick resolution and explained why we experienced what we did and was able to resolve our issue.
    The interface is simple and straight forward which is all that is needed for this sort of thing to just get the time entered and be done.

    Cons

    The only Con is that for the support to do much they need someone with administrative access, the user is limited in what they can provide to the support other than an explanation.

    It is quite easy to use. Any time I have a question or an issue, I always get great customer support. They try very hard to resolve my issue in a timely and courteous manner.

    We went through a WSDOT audit for our billing rates. It was fortunate for us to have this software since we started. Our client accept all data and the rules we have using the webtimesheet. The seamless process in the webtimesheet help us through the audit.

    Replicon is exactly what it needs to be. It's a simple and easy to use web based timesheet, expense and time off tracker. Nothing glamorous here just simple and effective. One of the features that I personally love is the ability to see and track other people's time off within your organization. It has helped on more than one occasion when trying to plan meetings or coordinate schedules with multiple people who may or may not be out of the office.

    Cons

    One small aspect that could use some improvement is in user's personal setting and in particular notification settings. As of right now there doesn't appear to be any way for a user to be able to set or adjust their notification settings. It's a small complaint in the grand scheme of things and definitely not a deterrent from using Replicon as a timesheet solution.

    My representative was very patient and helpful. He offered to have a call with me to ensure he was understanding my needs. Ultimately, we did not need a call but we were able to communicate and he provided me an answer I will be able to take to my team and inform of how we can use Replicon as we hoped.

    Pros

    I am a new user to Replicon and am learning with many other project management users about the system. My experience with customer service has been wonderful today (this is my first interaction with the customer service chat team). The team member was very responsive and when he needed to have me wait, he asked me if I could wait while he further investigated my question and my need. Ultimately, he fully resolved my question and I will be able to provide my team with the information received today.

    Cons

    I am not able to quickly identify to which products my company subscribes. I had to engage with a representative to obtain a response. It would be nice if there were a way in my Replicon settings or information if I could find the information for myself.

    I love Replicon, love the team I was provided and I would HIGHLY suggest Replicon to any company.

    Replicon is an amazing software, the implementation team is great and helpful on every single step of the way. This time and project management system is helping our company in many ways and elevating many stresses and confusion.

    It is a learning curve to get use to the software, and the implementation process was longer than I expected (not their fault, there is just a lot of information to input at the beginning).
