SimplyBook.me is a cloud-based scheduling solution designed for service businesses in multiple industries. It provides a booking site so that users can accept online bookings, collect client feedback to optimize revenue and service performance and send email and SMS appointment reminders to both service providers and clients.

The tool allows users to send out promotions, set up recurring services, link service providers or select services and customize options for the booking site. Customization includes adding the booking system as an iFrame or adding a booking button to a website or Facebook page.

Clients can access the booking page from multiple devices, make bookings and can cancel bookings when required.

Service providers can synchronize their personal google or outlook calendars to their SimplyBook.me booking calendar. The solution provides booking widgets for Facebook, WordPress and other CMS systems. Pricing is based on a number of bookings and number of chosen custom features.

This is such a class-act program to use for anyone that is in sales and service and even education. All the price plans, even the free plan has enough of the fabulous features this software has to offer to get you going. And if you make an annual payment you get 2 months free. You cannot beat that deal. I highly recommend this software to anyone that needs a richly feature appointment scheduler.

Pros

What I love about this software is it's commitment to security, its choice of payment processing and the ability to book from any device. Plus it has a lot of custom features that cater to many different facets of business.

Simple to use and integrates easily with our calendar system. Able to send SMS and email confirmations. Pricing is very competitive.

Cons

Sometimes we go out to visit clients and would like to notify them via the automatic messages that we are meeting at there location. This seems a bit tricky to set up, have not worked this out yet.

Regarding your comment on notifications about meeting up at your client´s location, maybe you would need to create a specific service for those times when you go and meet the client and then you can tailor the automatic notifications for that specifically that you will meet them at their location. Being able to offer classes in different locations, with custom look and feel and a very intuitive user journey.

Pros

It allowed us to integrate all of our operation in one tool. Even though we wanted something very specific, we could achieve it by tweaking the widget and inserting it in our website. It has lots of features that can help all sorts of booking based businesses.

Cons

I think that the CSS editor could be improved to empower clients and enable them to further customize the widget and the booking site. Also, even though it has lots of features, it is not the easiest tool to setup, and some features could appear to have duplicate functions and since the explanations are not very clear, there's a risk to be overpaying. Also, some features need to be included as standard and not custom, it feels as if one is paying for things that should be included.

Its free standard version is so packed with features that I have found it sufficient for my office operation. Particularly useful are intake forms and scheduling button. Ability to set different schedules by service was extremely helpful This solution offers such easy booking interface that it became widely adopted by the patients in a very short time

Cons

Some features require quite a bit of sophistication to set up (CSS rules - not standard). Integration with Google my business would be nice

Easy scheduling

Pros

Easy to set up, you can choose how many services you want to have an categorize them. The link given makes it easy for clients to access booking.

Cons

Not many features are able to be activated, a little confusing to understand which ones are enabled and disabled. Wish I could upgrade from the free package anytime without paying the upgrade difference.

My clients are able to book us for special events, auto selling add-ons, and clients pay their memberships automatically each month.

Pros

I like that I'm able to choose the features the features I need as my business grows. For the most part, it's easy to navigate and find what I need.

Cons

I would prefer to have pricing options that come with certain features already bundled up for me instead of me having to test each available feature to then decide if I should enable it or not.

We don´t have a phone support but our Live Chat is available immediately 21 hours out of 24 every working day. On weekends however they reply with e mail so it might take more time to get a response then.

Regarding your comment, then all information from the Intake Forms can be sent by e mail so that the client could get the address sent that way.

I can take payments from clients and set things up months in advance. For the most part it's been easy to use and set up.

Cons

Too many restrictions and no way to make updates with manual input. Clients are frustrated because when their payment times out they don't get notification that their appointment didn't take. There should be a way to make the client paid if taking payment over the phone.
