SimplyBook.me is a cloud-based scheduling solution designed for service businesses in all industries.

SimplyBook.me provides a booking site so users can accept online and offline bookings, collect client feedback to optimize revenue and service performance and send email and SMS appointment reminders to both service providers and clients.

The tool allows users to send out promotions, set up recurring services, link service providers to all or select services and customize options for the booking site. Customization can include adding the booking system as an iFrame or adding a booking button to a website or Facebook page.

Clients can access the booking page from any device, make bookings at any time and have the ability to cancel bookings when necessary.

Subscription pricing is based on the amount of booking per month and the amount of custom features used. A free version of the tool is also available.

It's a great way for clients to book time with me. Instead of playing scheduling ping-pong, I just post or send the link and they can pick a time that will work for both of us.

Pros

It's easy to use, like a normal calendar app. I can see what my schedule looks like as I'm making the changes instead of hoping that I got everything right and checking once I'm done. It's easy for my clients too.

Cons

I wish it would translate the time zone to the client's time zone, or make it more obvious that the appointment times are in Mountain time. I've had a lot of people miss the note at the top that clearly says the time zone.

Pros

Supposedly has a lot of features to utilise that should allow a customer the full flexibility to expand with their business.

Cons

You cannot get a simple helpful response from their support and the management do not appear to be too bothered about acquiring new business by helping prospects evaluate their product properly.

I don't have to schedule 450 seniors by telephone; they can do it online!

Pros

I like how easy this is to use...once you learn it. The tech support is helpful, but if they have to email you it can take days.

Cons

I think it's ridiculous that a client can't reschedule an appointment on their own, and that they have to call me. It's such a hassle for a client to either have to call me or if they cancel and reschedule then they have to pay againa and then I have to deal with refund issues. Too may nooks and crannies and the user interface could be improved.

I dont like that you can only do 50 bookings per month you should be able to purchase more by ala carte

The ease of use for customers; the limited number of customisation possibilities helps go to the point when describing the company; both user and admin interface terms can be customised in one's language

Cons

customer data not stored in my country... (in the near future, this will become illegal); a better integration with CalDav would be appreciated (automatic push to my calendar using CalDav)

Able to schedule client appointments / add a useful booking facility to my website (work in progress).

Pros

The ability to do the two-way calendar sync, and also the SSL function - this allows me to update my availability from my smartphone, and keeps my client data secure (which is also good for their peace of mind).

Cons

I would like SSL to be as standard, not an extra feature. Also, it would be nice to have HTML formatting and the ability to add logos / branding etc. to the booking confirmation / reminder emails sent to customers.

To provide an option for my costumers to book my service in an easy step by step method.

Pros

I like the way I can integrate on my facebook page and homepage. With book button simple, and a page where people can see more in detail!

Cons

Its really hard to connect paying options, though you are covering a lot of methods which is great.

Difficulties of making changes to button look, styles etc. Not when I found the menu for that, but just the overall organizing of the functionality for the user.

It saves me time and it makes it easier for customers to book an appointment with me.

Pros

THe software works really well for me as customers are able to book appointments when I am not able to take calls / when I am closed. That the software enables me to provide details of the services I offer, that I can make each service a different length of time (for a long time I thought I would not be able to use this software as some appointments need to be one hour and others one and a half hours. It is great that It syncs with my google diary automatically.

Cons

I am unable to log in to the software though my android phone which is a real downpoint. Also when I log in via my face book page I seem to need to repeat the log in process. My customers have tried to download the app but have reported to me that it does not work - I have not tried it however.

complicated to set up, non existing customer service - I left an email and 3 days later still havent heard anything. It 'features' are not clear within the payment plans. time zone never stays on my time zone and have to ask clients to constantly check theres.

I would not call these items cons, in my opinion they are not as easy to customize as others:

Company Booking Troll site should auto match My Booking website theme and color settings.
Client settings should have a merge action option for duplicate client entries for the same client.
The Email, SMS, and Feedback Request Settings should have drag and drop customization

It coordinates students with instructors offering english and math workshops.

Pros

We have a slightly different situation than what the software was designed for, but it the design is flexible enough to work for us.

Cons

Again, because our situation is slightly different, we would like a different view in the booking screen. We would like to see all available appointment times on the calendar showing providers rather than having to first select the provider. But I understand that might not be best for most users.

The software is simple to use and easy to setup. The fact that there os a 24/7 help service help the customers a lot

Cons

Many missing features and service lack in several aspects:
1. The API slows our website a lot in Canada
2. Several features are missing such as number of openings remaining
3. Several features are missing such as generate several promo codes at once
4. Several features are missing such as properly choosing time slots for the arcade!

Pros

Easy to integrate works well and clients love it! I personally included the code on my website and now integrate it with my google calendar to never miss an appointment.

Cons

I'm not sure why iI have to log in twice to the account when I go to the website? I also would like to be able to put reminders on the google calendar sync.
