I can't work offline, which is terrible for someone who is required to do a lot of work inside airplanes.

You can't really duplicate a sheet, or there is something wrong with that feature that makes it extremely inconvenient for us to do so.

It's intuitive to learn so you can get up-to-speed quickly, and has terrific training and community support to allow users to build upon their Smartsheet skills and become experts.

I love the flexibility and ease of use. The ability to flip from tasklist to schedule to card views is great.

What I like best about Smartsheet is the great amount off functionalities it has, it can be used for many purposes and it is very easy to set up.

They're so easy to customize and they have great webinars that can help support you. I like the ability to upload documents to show and share project progress with other members of your team.

Overall our experience has been great, customer service and tutorials are awesome.

I love using this tool for work as it offers me multiple functions that streamline and quickly manage my projects. Smartsheet has a very amazing and nice interface.

The new features have been awesome. One think I love the best is the Report Builder functionality.

It's easy to set up, and I don't really have to dig too much to find the functionality it's designed for. I love love love that it's online and I can easily search for my sheets.

I have long been an admin user of this solution and have continued to build an understanding of all the excellent features that are available within this.

There is an excellent integration with both JIRA and Salesforce, allowing us to leverage all three products together for increased efficiency.

It is great to be able to share assets with others, keep comments together with their project and track progress in one place.

There is so much that I love about Smartsheet. The fact that you can create forms and that they have pre-determined templates that allow you to build out all kinds of documents.

Initially what I really loved and captured my attention is that fact I could sign up for a 30 day trial for no fee and without having to speak to a Time59 salesperson or agent.

I have advised customer service of this issue, but nothing has been done. It is also difficult to correct errors.

This is an excellent deal, and they are continuing to add features. Customer service is as easy as sending an email.

Easy to use and customer service is very responsive,  This is the first billing program in 30 years of practice that i have been happy with.

We have been using this billing software for a few years now. It is easy to use, customer service is amazing and the price is great too.

Trust accounting, contingency fees, flat fees, modified flat fees, multiple time keepers, and multiple rates--you name it, it does it. It even integrates with my LawPay account.

Our civil litigation law firm started using Time59 from day one, a time when there were three lawyers and a secretary with 60 cases.

In each of the  few times we have had a problem or needed guidance, the response was immediate and the problem or question was promptly taken care of.

If you are looking for a tool to get your bills out and keep track of case expenses, you won't find a better product at a better price.

Setting up projects and using timekeepers is still a little confusing.

The owner and software author answers. He'll walk you through how to 'make it do' that function, in live time.

I have recommended this to other attorneys and think it is a great solution for sole practitioners and small firms.

Just make sure they are set up as Projects on the Clients in which they bill. For an inexpensive alternative, terrific.

I can finish billing within a 1/2 hour or less, which helps me to get billing out on time and has increased my revenues. I have already recommended it to several of my friends and they love it too.

It is easy to use, and provides everything I need for entering time, creating bills, and keeping track of income. Customer service is fantastic.

I recommend it to colleagues whenever asked, and am very grateful it is one of my services.

I have been very pleased with the efficiency of the product, the ease of emailing invoices, the reports and the excellent customer service.
