SutiExpense Software


SutiExpense is a cloud-based expense management solution that enables organizations to track expenses, enforce spend policies, book online travel, allocate project expenses, manage approvals and capture expense receipts. The solution is built on an open platform architecture that allows companies to integrate it with Accounting Platforms, Credit Card providers and HR applications.

SutiExpense can be accessed on smartphones. Users can generate, submit, and approve expense reports through native apps for Apple iOS and Android. Receipts can be scanned, faxed, emailed and captured directly from the device’s camera.

SutiExpense lets users import the expense reports into existing accounting systems to avoid manual data entry. It also automates the fraud control by combining the solution with a rule engine approval workflow supported by spend controls. Services are offered on a per user per month basis. Support is available via email, phone and through an online portal.

The only way to go!

I love it and would hate to have to go back to the old way!!!

Pros

Simplicity, the ability to use on the fly and ease of editing

Cons

If you input on your computer and then open up the transaction on your mobile device to take a picture of the receipt. it makes you re-enter the "Place"

TS's Expense Review

I use it primarily for my Flight needs and Rental car use. It is very good at pinpointing the best-priced airline flights & including our corporate program for rentals.

Pros

Better than spreadsheets

Overall good, but there are several inconsistencies within the logic of the program.

Pros

It allows you to send receipts right to a holding place for consolidating later.

Sometimes a challenge to see or find receipts from tiny postage stamp size pictures.

great product!

Minimal delays in reimbursement. No lost receipts, no piles of paper receipts

Pros

Very easy and intuitive... even for the older, less tech savvy worker..

Cons

I use it while traveling, and have to restart my phone to get an active Sutiexpense app.

Valuable User

Overall this makes credit card reconcillation easier but there needs to be improvements in the software to capture accurate data and maybe even recognize and match up more receipts to the transactions automatically

Pros

Simplified in uploading receipts, auto matching up receipts

Cons

This does not accurately pull information from the receipts (vendor and $ totals generally wrong)

Westrn Regional Sales Manager

This requires minimal time, I use to use excel SutiExpense is a time saver and allows me to do sales and not accounting. I have been using for two years and I can't recall any issues that were costly.

Pros

Mobile, Ease of Reporting and Ease of reviewing past reports & receipts.

Cons

When corporate adds new monthly mileage costing, I have to delete and reload the App for the new rates to be available.

Super helpful tool

My experience has been good so far and I'm able to do my expense reports much faster now compared to the previous company we used.

Pros

I find SutiExpense very easy to navigate. I'm happy my company switched providers and picked SutiExpense because I can breeze through my expense reports now.

Cons

The only problem I have run into was when I needed to take a pic of a receipt on SutiExpense App from my Android device and I was unable to do it. However, I put in a service request and I was contacted promptly and told it was just a matter of them updating the app with a fix for the issue.

Great product!

Great software for the entire team! We have a team that travels everywhere and sometimes they do not have internet, this software allows them to still scan their receipts and enter the information. Thank you.

Easy to Use

Expense reporting is what we use Sutisoft for. It has made the job of organizing and importing the information into our system easy and has saved me 40 + hours a month in keying in the information manually.

Decent, wish the app was a bit better

The app helps me keep my accounting up to date so I don’t have to do it all at once at the end of the month
