Timesheets can be broken down on a daily or weekly basis and can focus on billable and non-billable tasks. The software also delivers the tools to track projects with Gantt charts and multiple graph options.
Users can add notes to ongoing projects, view the status on projects, and monitor budgets with Today Timesheet. Notification reminders alert users of any pending time entry that is due. The mobile application allows employees to record time when they’re not able to log in at the office. It comes with six types of customizable role-based accounts with varied security settings: admin, team lead, project manager, employee, external client, and employee manager.
Their open source version allows for third party integrations and further customization. Information from Today Timesheet can be imported or exported to and from CSV, Excel, Word, MS Projects and Quickbooks.

After a lot of careful product comparison, we made a smart choice . Installation was simple and safe and this time tracking system is easy for our employees and administration to use. We especially love that each employee can clock in and out at their own workstation desktop. I can't say enough about the helpful, precise and cheerful customer support! It is so refreshing to speak with a pleasant voice when having my questions answered!
It does go down every now and again. However, I have a support plan and they are wonderful in helping me get it running again very quickly.
