"The system excels at what enterprise HR platforms should do: unify data across finance and HR, automate complex processes, and provide actionable analytics."

"I can quickly book time off, manage my vacation schedule, review my employee information, and stay on top of tasks with clear and helpful notifications."

"I especially appreciate being able to view my own and my direct reports’ absence balances, vacation plans, compensation details and employment history, among many other features."

"I our case, customer support was through a third party as we were "not large enough to get support directly" through Workday HCM. That third party used a case system. Though we could assign a level of priority based on our needs, the third party could lessen the priority level causing excessive delays for immediate needs."

"I couldn't get HR to get the paper I needed for DWS filled out for insurance purposes and it was a big hassle being sent from HR to insurance them back to HR then to insurance until I finally was forced to quit my job so I could get my state insurance back for the medications I need monthly to be covered."

"Additionally, while the platform is powerful, the internal search function can be finicky if you don't know the exact terminology, and creating advanced custom reports can be difficult for non technical users."
