While it is a robust system with a vast array of features, its stability and seamless automation make it an excellent long term solution for managing a global workforce. - During my time as an ERC Sr. Associate at Amazon, it helped streamline employee data management, payroll support, attendance tracking, and case management. - Having payroll, time tracking, benefits, and employee profiles in a single ecosystem makes data management highly centralized and secure. ### Most mentioned cons - Additionally, while the platform is powerful, the internal search function can be finicky if you don't know the exact terminology, and creating advanced custom reports can be difficult for non technical users. - I our case, customer support was through a third party as we were "not large enough to get support directly" through Workday HCM. That third party used a case system. When I first started working with them, they really cared about their employees and customers and it showed in everything they did. The UI is the top priority for my team and while Workday is certainly improving on this, I think there's a lot more that can be done in ESS and MSS as well utilizing AI more effectively across the platform. #### Reasons for choosing Workday HCM UKG was very similar to Mosaic so we wanted to get far away from that. ADP seemed overly clunky from a user perspective. As a manager, it made it easy to manage my team, find employee information quickly, share updates, point people to the right resources, and handle things like time off approvals and recruitment in one centralized place. It reduced a lot of back and forth and kept everything organized. From an employee standpoint, it is equally easy to use. I can quickly book time off, manage my vacation schedule, review my employee information, and stay on top of tasks with clear and helpful notifications.
