  • Pros

  • The interface is extremely intuitive and very easy to use.
  • I like that I get a daily digest every morning at 9:30 am that helps me identify opportunities to engage with online users during the day.
  • Cons

  • I have no real cons for this tool. Just brush up on your boolean stuff.
  • Their sales team is extremely aggressive. Only hear from account reps when it's time for renewal and after you sign up they go silent when you have an actual issue.

  • Newswire has quite a few offerings for companies that are looking to grow there business, and reach out to new clients with there solutions.
  • It was mostly straight-forward from beginning to end. It was easy to get what I needed to say formatted and put in a readable post.
  • Cons

  • It can be hard to find where to update things on the left sidebar. I had trouble finding customization as I thought it would be under company.
  • The delay in approvals for press releases once they are submitted.
