I think Native Advertising is the future and i am happy working with such a big player like Outbrain and to be honest, i am enjoying their great customer support.

Access to great media, but targeting and exclusions are limited.

It has all the great features that I want. CPC is low, not as costly as other rivals, easy to use, are some features which make it amazing.

This is a big advantage compared to other platforms. Also, whenever we experienced any kind of difficulty with our campaigns, the customer team worked very fast and provided excellent solutions.

They do the work and reach out to these sites, while giving you an easy to use platform that allows for easy campaign management.

It is an awesome way to get traffic to your site. It's top notch and the options and demographics is so easy to get stats and build upon them on your next campaign.

I left outbrain out of frustration. The native ads platform made my life a nightmare.

No pacing of campaign shown (will it spend full budget using current bid?). No preview of the ads and no mockup for screenshots possible.

Never Their terms of service are not clear, and I waisted days trying to create a campaign to get banned with little explination.

We like that we are able to target new audiences on new medias and get a good ROI when running Ads witho outbrain.

Lets say you created a campaign and added a picture and you have to edit the picture. There is no visible way to go in and edit the image.

I like how easy to use Outbrain is. The whole platform is very intuitive and you can easily find your way around.

The idea of ​​the tool is very cool, especially the way they proposed that our content be discovered by the target audience.

The support here in Brazil was confusing, this delayed the beginning of the campaign and displeased the company.

We wasted alot of clicks and impressions on low quality websites as we are limited to how many we can actually exclude. This actually caused us to cancel alot of campaigns with Outbrain.

Very bad they faked clicks, double charged me and are providing no customer service.

A good experience but could be better when spending alot of money each month.

Also, I appreciate that newsrooms are available so that our clients' latest and past releases can all be easily found and shared with the appropriate journalist, also through Prezly.

The team is supportive and helpful and customer service is top notch.

It's quick, it's updated regurlarly, the help desk is swift and friendly if ever you need them.

Prezly has made storing contacts and sending out emails with many images a breeze. The new updates to the user-experience are fantastic.

Otherwise spamming hundreds of contacts is simply unethical and doesn't work as a tactic anyway.

Prezly has also helped to send bigger multimedia files at once including videos, audio, photographs, press releases, or graphics without worrying about the size of the file.

The contacts building feature of Prezly is fairly modern and effective for a PR platform.

No built-in monitoring of results, no reporting tools to use and share with clients, no statistics on submitted coverage.

Its good that Prezly have identified the importance of this fact.

Great overview of data per contact, easy to update with new info. In general a very user-friendly interface.

I think it is a great option to manage all PR contacts on multiple lists, tag them by media type or client, set up newsrooms, add in photography and blast out.

Very easy to create a press reslease with all sort of integrations like YouTube video's and sociale media posts. They keep adding new features with frequent updates.

The current features are fairly effective for successful PR campaigns and the cost is fairly.

With Prezly, it is not possible to save a list, make comments and tracked adaptations. I also miss a place to put the unique visitors/month for a blog (not ideal to use the comments sections).

What I like most is that Prezly is very user-friendly and intuitive.

Because I still miss some functionalities to be able to do so.
