Offsite training is costly if you need to have a new user trained, but the training is of the highest caliber and very detailed.

My company has been use this software for ten years and found it to be very cost effective. From bar coding to inventory control it works well.

They are always continueing to give it more features and improvements. The staff is always friendly and more than willing to resolve or help you understand issues that come up.

The program that provided everything we required, and was the easiest for everyone to operate was Dossier, and the price was right.

Since I work for city government, we have to budget for items sometimes years in advanced. I looked into several fleet software systems and one of my favorites after the demo was Dossier Fleet.

We have had several bad habits and brought customer rep in to work out several issues. You were able to identify several issues and we have a ton of work to get through.

I find it difficult at times to figure out how to change the permissions that my employees have and sometimes they do not have access to make changes when they need to because of that.

Dossier support is excellent. We are able to keep track of all of our preventative maintenance and repair orders easily using Dossier.

Sometimes it is difficult to see because it is initially small.

We love that you don't have to be a 'techie' to use the software, and I think that definitely helps broaden our pool of potential volunteers.

I have been using it since 2005 with insignificant down time. Initially RideScheduler was used for coordinating 1 volunteer driver program and now it is used for 3 separate volunteer driver programs.

Truly a great software product. I've asked drivers what they thought and to a one, they also agree its GREAT.

It's easy to train our new drivers, it's easy to enter or edit information. Steve Ewart is quite responsive to requests for changes, fixes, etc., very easy to work with, and very fun and pleasant.

As always, it's awesome to look at the detailed information and select a ride. I really enjoy the ease and all the update information.

It's very reliable and very responsive to any change in scheduling. It makes my volunteer work so easy to organize.
