They are always on top of the issue, see where we need to correct our settings or errors and help us resolve issues quickly, to keep us moving. Riders love being able to schedule their own rides, via web. These new services has drastically cut down on riders that don't show for their rides. Cons: We would like to see more notifications on the dispatcher side of the software, when Portal rides are added, deleted, to help with efficiencies. Would like to see rides that are past the set time, change color on the screen so dispatchers can see them readily easier than searching through all vehicle screens.
