I (and my members/clients) love the attractiveness and convenience of the Flipbooks. I love the fact that Designrr cuts my desktop publishing time in half.

I am so happy that I found Designrr. It was exactly what I had been looking for and at an affordable price with easy startup and quick results.

But my first and only designrr ebook will be the last. I expect things to go wrong but the real color shows when things go wrong.

Thank goodness for designrr. I tentatively bought it at an extremely low price  hoping that it would help me in the production process.

Support said I copied bad code and that's why my book breaks. Fonts change, paragraphs break in many short sentences.

The integration was easy and the entire process was flawless even though I had zero experience in creating a e-book.

I like the features offered by Designrr. The ability to import from Word, Google Docs is what made me want to upgrade my subscription.

It makes it very easy for you to keep your book looking very good and professional. Initially I thought I had to prepare everything in 'Word.

Learn what it supposed to do and let it do it. When I realised this I have made it do wonderful things.

Sometimes I was confused with the editing function.

Those offers and all that text was really annoying.

It's impressive the number of formats you can upload to the Designrr site and it will create a beautiful ebook for you within a few minutes.

Ease to use, very good layout structure, even a less experienced user could use this AND benefit directly from it.

I love it but the editor could be more user-intuitive.

Back in 2016, there was not an intuitive feel in its user experience. A bit disjointed compared to today's Designerr.

My readers loved the design. Also: when I had questions, I could reach out to the support team and they help me within a short period of time.

A real bonus is the excellent support from the help team, they have the answers, they feed back very rapidly and then check in with you to see if you have solved the issue faced.

Finally, the customer support is truly amazing, they spent 30 minutes showing me the ropes and whenever I needed a helping hand, they were there.

Ability to manage all aspects of a subscription, from order to fulfillment.

Ross and his team are very responsive and have been a huge asset in assisting us with multiple conversions from different fulfillment systems.

The ability to send out renewal offers by email with a link to online payment processor has saved us a lot of money in printing and postage.

Two small things in the program are: the Issue Labels update screen it is hard to follow the lines visually and price adjustments can be tricky.

It has worked well for what is needed for our smaller sized subscriber database. On top of a very good product, the technical support is outstanding.

Customer support is fast and knowledgeable - I have always had a good response when I called. It is a nice, straightforward system that does the job, particularly where the audit-version is necessary.

Sometimes it is hard to look up a customer if you don't have much information.

Ease of use, adaptability and flexibility and the ability to run reports on both an ad hoc and scheduled basis.

Over the years, when I have come upon a situation that I thought CWC should address, before I can contact them, they issue an update with a remedy to that exact problem.

Because if you are stuck with nobody to help, that downtime is wasted time.

Importing into QuickFill is also  simple and without errors.
