Pros/Cons
Pros
- Fantastic experience and would highly recommend it to others. Your documents looks wonderfully professional without needing to purchase or install additional software.
- I love how easy it is to put together flyers and advertisements. I am not a graphics designer and I cannot afford to have a marketing department so this service has been great for our small business.
- Since I am a non-designer, it is a very useful application. I like how the creative team can lock certain aspects of a logo so that the brand integrity is always there.
Cons
- I hated the loading times, random crashing of my documents along with the horrible publishing software when trying to use this online.
- Rearranging page order was not easy—need a bigger interface to drag and drop. Not enough fonts, sometimes glitchy.
- I feel that even with the premium account, that these options are limited.
Pros
- It's easy to use and great for organizing, tagging, and retrieving your digital assets. It's also very scalable, which is nice.
- It is the perfect combination of OOTB design and customization opportunity such that any company can implement this product to fit their needs while not feeling overwhelmed.
- Overall, this is a great tool to share all our many photos and visual assets. It creates a nice visual and the download options are great.
Cons
- Inability to connect to SAP (for now). Privacy features are a little confusing to understand and implement, making it harder to bring people into the system.
- I know that this has to do with the upload metadata and probably is related to user error. Perhaps if there was a more automated way to add search criteria when uploading, this wouldn't be an issue.
- Hard to do advanced searching with filters—they work in kind of a frustrating way that's hard to explain succinctly.
