  • Pros

  • Ability to manage all aspects of a subscription, from order to fulfillment.
  • Customer support is fast and knowledgeable - I have always had a good response when I called. It is a nice, straightforward system that does the job, particularly where the audit-version is necessary.
  • Cons

  • Two small things in the program are: the Issue Labels update screen it is hard to follow the lines visually and price adjustments can be tricky.
  • Sometimes it is hard to look up a customer if you don't have much information.

  • Easy to use love the calendar. Really helps to combine all our thoughts in once place.
  • Zoho Social is a good platform for providing a solution for multiple social media handle in one place. A feature I liked most is scheduling posts for many coming days without any hassle.
  • Cons

  • Sometimes the application would lag a bit or even glitch. I don't think that is a dealbreaker because most of the time they fixed the bugs or lag.
  • The only issue I am having is the inability to post multiple pictures to Instagram.
