Pros/Cons
Pros
- We love the ease of use and how easy it is to share reports and forward to subcotractors.
- My overall experience has been very good. The app is a great tool and reminder for punch list items.
- The ease of use and pretty good applcation for construction building.
Cons
- I don’t like that you can not delete activities even if they were a mistake.
- Sometime sluggish interface/ freezing screen. Some syncing issues between apps on a couple devices.
- Sometimes the camera won't activate. Easy for trades to falsify corrected items.
Pros
- Contractor Foreman is very easy and straightforward to use with extensive "how to" videos throughout so you can learn as you go. The customer service is very good and responsive which we appreciated.
- The support has been amazing - I have emails that encourage me to take part in the free on phone one on one training and they have been able to walk me through the rough spots.
- The program is customizable and flexible to fit most companies' needs. In our case, CF is doing a great job at helping us track the progress of our projects.
Cons
- Customer Service is horrible. I told the company repeatedly thru phone calls and sent the owner directly and email requesting they do not charge my card and they did so anyway refusing to reimburse.
- The inability to be able to enter multiple pay wages for employees. The software is currently unable to track Davis Bacon wage jobs as is.
- Otherwise everything is screwed up and it is not a simple process at all.
