Best Lead Tool!

Excellent. I love the product and the ease of use.

PROS

It is easy to implement and use. The software is flexible and has many features. The data is current and accurate which is key in my business.

CONS

The a la carte options for the different tools available. It would be nice to have them offer a bundle of add on's.

Reasons for switching to Batch

Batch was about the same price for better data information and has a dialer feature add on.

Plateforme simple d'utilisation et équipe réactive

PROS

Equipe réactive et aucun bug de l'outil à signaler après un an d'utilisation. Temps de chargement de l'outil rapide (surtout vs d'autres solutions).

CONS

One of the best Mobile Automation and Marketing tool to engage further with your app users

PROS

- Main functions I appreciate: - Automation triggers, re-targeting campaigns, in-app messages, push including landing mobile, implementation of sounds, richmedia, and visual all integrated into the communication. - Having the ability to tailor the tool based on the Marketing business intent such as, Labelling, APIs from CRM system and being able to connect our attribution tools or any other licensing tools such as Salesforce, Segment GA360 to cite a few. Things I really love: AB testing, flexibility to make it "yours" according to your own company branding; the support team always available to help and double check simple to complex campaigns configuration; Analytics Dashboard; in-app & landing template configuration without the need to ask any further developments to our product dev team; API to let batch deliver other transactional messages from other systems; regular deep dive with Client and Success manager to capture batch console improvements where in the following month those feedback will drive their roadmap with brand new features or UI_UX improvements. At final, the UI is simple to read, comprehensive, and make this UX easy to use for anyone (Marketers, product app owners, developers can really enjoy it!)

CONS

Some improvements could be made for campaigns replication in different OS. or having the ability to create and craft campaigns for both instance at the same time. Campaigns overviews displayed page by page is not really the best way to let people retrieve easily campaigns live versus completed versus in draft. I would expect to see a page offering me folders ;) but I am sure the team will enhance it in their roadmap.

Reason for choosing Batch

Not complex at all for marketers (very easy for anyone starting) , require less efforts for dev team in terms of implementation and configuration compared to other solution.

Nous travaillons avec Batch depuis maintenant 4 ans. La méthode d’envoi des push mobile et push web ; la détection automatique des utilisateurs par niveau d’activité ; la roadmap évolutive ; la réactivité du support ;… font de Batch une des plateformes CRM mobile les plus riches et robustes du marché. C’est un plaisir d’avancer sur notre stratégie mobile internationale avec Batch à nos côtés.

La méthode d’envoi des push mobile et push web ; la détection automatique des utilisateurs par niveau d’activité ; la roadmap évolutive ; la réactivité du support ; l'interface éditoriale simplifiée, la simplicité d'usage pour envoyer aussi bien des push web que mobile .

Une plateforme efficace pour vos campagnes de pushs et in-app

Nous sommes très contents de Batch pour nos campagnes CRM de push et in-app, c'est une plateforme très facile à prendre en main, compatible avec de la personnalisation et des relances automatiques pour améliorer vos KPI

PROS

/Une plateforme 100% UX friendly /Un service client hyper réactif (via le chat notamment) et de qualité /Interlocuteurs français, compétents et disponibles /Personnalisation facile via la remontée de vos datas, et la mise en place de trigger

CONS

/Il faudrait ajouter la possibilité de construire une user journey de A à Z /Dommage de ne pas encore avoir de gif ou vidéo dans les in-app /Dommage de ne pas pouvoir retargeter dans un push l'audience d'une in-app (pour créer des liens entre les 2 formats) /Dommage de ne pas pouvoir personnaliser le capping par label de campagne
