I was able to import transcripts from my interviews as well as relevant articles. This helped me to connect points across the literature and my own research to be able to write coherent research projects. I also appreciated that they offer a student discount. I will definitely continue to use Delve in future research. My brain works pretty visually, and so seeing the outline come together in real time based on the data was extremely helpful. I also like that I could add notes to each code to help clarify what should be included. Cons: I wish that I could nest more than three layers in the codes. I often had more clarifying points that I wanted to add, and I had to come up with creative ways to be able to represent more detailed points. There are data visualization features I'd love to see in the future as they continue to develop, but I think this product fit my needs perfectly. I did like that I could transcribe interviews within Quirkos and they had a word cloud feature, but I felt more comfortable with the quality of product with Delve and also loved all of their other articles and YouTube videos so much that it was worth it to switch.
