Getting reports out to our field is easy and painless. We use subscriptions constantly, and that has made many employee's lives easier.

Unless someone is a pro on Phocas, it is difficult to navigate your way around it and completely understand how to use it.

I also occasionally print a report that displays in a weird format with regards to column headings and column widths.

I utilize data analysis in Phocas daily and help create dashboards for our branches. It is easily navigated and improves our data tracking and transaction searching.

With a couple of clicks you can analyze you sales data and then quickly change views to look at the data in a completely different way. It very robust in all the options you have.

However that's really our problem rather than theirs.

Phocas is very easy to use, very intuitive and provides excellent business information. It is relatively inexpensive per user and at times, worth its weight in gold.

You can start really easy and you can check the results easy. The customer support is also good and they are willing to help.

It is good value for money. It has an API out so you can push the data into other tools for more detailed analysis.

How can we then achieve the best outcome be it traffic or sales from the best possible path.

Some of the features in their reporting don't work very well, ie reports with old data and bad graphs for data over time. Seems to have more negative affects on site speed than other platforms.

Its sometimes tough to tell which account I'm in. There are no visuals  outside the grey box to let me know what account I'm in.

It integrates well with many services, the most important for me are MixPanel and Google Analytics. I haven't tried many other A/B testing tools, but I'm very pleased with VWO.

VWO is by far the best to run tests in AND the data they provide is insightful and actionable, which always makes me and the client happy.

Occasionally alerts and warning were confusing to the user.

I am using this tool for last 3 years and have very good feedback on this. It's easy to use and help us to increase the conversion.

Additionally, it is great that you can segment traffic very thoroughly throughout all the heatmaps, visitor recordings, and A/B tests.

Customer service does not take accountability. There are no notifications in the software that features or data will eb lost.

It is an excellent tool to perform testing of websites and optimize them, easy to use and very user friendly.

For the most part, customer support was was helpful when needed. My only real issue is the way Google Anlytics and VWO sync up.
