cresta is really good experince till now.. its been few months i am using .. no major complaints as such.

Pros:

cresta helps in call quality and helps in randomly in incorrect words.. it helps in right prounciatuon of words.. and most liked its easy to use.

Cons:

LEAST abou cresta is sometimes it lags behind.. sometimes we need to restart it again and again. it doest get updated automatically.
