  • Pros

  • We're able to not only monitor our team's quality and performance, but we can also help the team to improve their performance with the coaching function.
  • Playvox is set up in an organized fashion that allows me to navigate through and clearly visualize the breakdown of my reviews.
  • Cons

  • Sometimes the disputes do not work as intended creating turbulence in the process of disputing cases.
  • SNOW integration sometimes gives unexpected errors and I have to refresh the page multiple times or close the browser.

  • I run a Twitter handle for a big company, so it's great to use the Editorial Calendar and plan out posts for the full month.
  • The ease and ability to schedule or draft social media posts for certain business channels is quite amazing.
  • Cons

  • I don't like how you have to actually have the software up to get the messages. They get emailed, but not for sometime later.
  • Should you run into a technical error, it will take a long time to fix.
