Overall, they provide very good metrics. We also appreciate having all our text messages, emails, notes, appointments, and Google Calendar integration on the contacts page. It makes it easy to see exactly where we left off with each contact. Additionally, I really value the personalized campaigns—there are so many options to choose from, and you can edit them to fit your exact needs. #### Cons It would really be helpful if you could schedule tasks, like text messages and emails. Like you do setting tasks. It would save so much time instead of setting a task to send a text, scheduling the text would be a huge time savings. I think the reports need more metrics to choose from and personalize, also being able to customize your dates would be extremely helpful. Also, when setting tasks, it would be nice to customize the views of your contacts to show that task metrics all the time instead of having to expand it for every contact.
