When I first came across CubiCasa, I was excited to test it out, and when I saw how affordable it was, I thought it must be too good to be true. Man, was I surprised when I scanned my first house.

CubiCasa adds real value to my business by saving me time and money, and my customers will benefit from the additional marketing advantage this floorplan offers.

I use it to help buyers relocating into our area see the actual flow of the house listed.

The best part is the ease of getting the data needed for the software to generate a sketch thats clean and professional in appearance.

This product saves me lots of time especially when I have a 1.5-story house to measure. I often check it with known measurements and it is very good.

In the beginning the editing tool was a little difficult to use.

The ability to customize and add/delete room labels in Quick Edit is great, and CubiCasa has  absolutely fantastic Customer Service.

Ease of Use, accuracy, options to include furnishings and different units of measurements, ability  for user to complete minor edits.

I love the professional floorplans this software creates. It is so much easier to use then drawing walls on appraisal software.

Now with this, I don't need to see him anymore. LOVE LOVE LOVE the ease of use, accuracy, quick turnaround and the various formats provided.

It is ANSI compliant and helps tremendously with floor plans, measurements of tricky spaces like upper levels and basements and is extremely easy to use.

Easy to use and floorplans come out great. Customer service is also great and prompt to answer any questions.

The ease of use is a great feature - from start to finish. There are many export options for the final product and the website is very easy to use.

Without CubiCasa it is difficult to get floor plans of a home without a lot of expense and time.

I am not sure if there is anything that I don't like. If I had to pick one thing, it would be that I didn't know about CubiCasa sooner.

My first floorplan during my trial did not contain this. It would look unprofessional to attach the total square footage manually or with different looking font on an electronic document or print-out.

Ease of use and turn around time plus the GLA floor/sketch plan is very useful to show sellers at the time of listing.

It's the best and easiest to use floor plan app that I've ever tried. It saves me hours and helps me make more money.

The app is very easy to use, they have great instructions on usage and how to get help. If you do have questions or need help the customer service is outstanding.

It is user friendly, Makes room measurements so easy ( I have checked them by hand)  Not only do clients love it when you show them it impresses them of your work.

The floor plan is hard to read because of the font size.

Not sure yet, I have not used it enough. I did my own house first, and it appeared accurate.

Does not work well on older phones. My initial attempt using this was with an Iphone-7 and it was not accurate there were numerous errors in the way the perimeter walls were laid out.

The support is excellent and responses are always prompt, this is critical when you are trying to resolve a client issue. I have recommended this application to fellow photographers.

I have had excellent service with CubiCasa. It has changed my work life for the best.

Easy platform to create floor plans on the fly. Easy to share technical data with engineers and architects.

I will be able to use this for buyers, sellers and my personal investment portfolio. This is an amazing product and I'm so glad I was introduced to it.

Dotloop has been the best transactional desk software that I have used in my real estate career. The integrations between sales documents, e-signings, company files, and contacts is top notch.

Overall its a great tool to use, it has help me keep my work organized and found a good flow of tasks.

I like the cost - so much cheaper than the software we were using.

Its user-friendly interface, electronic signature capabilities, and integration with industry tools make it a valuable asset for agents and brokers.

You can adjust the specific order of your documents so that the most important ones are at the very top. Clients find it easy to use, they can electronically sign documents right from their phone.

My only complaint is they are no longer working with Keller Williams after this month. I'm going to miss having access to it and have even considered paying for it personally.

Everyone in my company is leaving DotLoop because of the conflict of interest and the way Zillow has stabbed us in the back as agents.

The software is friendly, easy to use, saves  time and money.

I love the things you can customize. I love that you don't let me delete things.

The only bad experience, or what I would suggest looking into, is how a couple has to use two different emails.

The customer service is amazing and when our company first got started on it they were there helping every agent quickly.

Dotloop takes the worry out of getting documents signed.

It is pretty easy to learn and ultimately to use. Very responsive customer support as well.

I feel that dotloop is a very user friendly interface and good for any new agent to conduct paperless real estate transactions.

Saving features can be confusing. Adding additional signatures can be confusing.

Terrible service getting help, induced into terms and conditions that were dead links, overbilled.

The versatility, I can use it from my laptop, tablet or phone and its user friendly and its great when you need to integrate everyone in the deal. Love and recommend it to all.

In my opinion, there are no aspects regarding this product that are negative.

The cost/benefit is spot on. Affordable and easy to use.

Overall my experience with Dotloop has been great. I would certainly recommend to my fellow Realtors.
