  • Pros

  • The seller has the capability to complete their disclosures more quickly and we have the ability to share them more quickly as well. Also the ability to get agents to complete their Avid faster.
  • As an agent the ease and ability to use your cell phone to fill out your AVID and add pictures is great.
  • Easy for the clients so they don't have to print out the documents complete them, then scan them back to me. Also, great that I can have the agents complete their AVID and I can order the NHD.
  • Cons

  • Some of the communication interface for the TDS & SPQ can be confusing for client.
  • Feedback loop after seller flags questions for agent assistance; confusing for sellers to figure out how to go back & update answers once they have conferred with their agent.
  • No notice when a task has not been completed yet.

  • I have received and awarded many referrals through this platform. It has been a great experience and well worth the money.
  • It is very inclusive and the tools are very helpful in finding referrals and posting referrals. I would recommend this software if you are mostly interested in referrals.
  • Great ease of use, intuitive and clean ,mostly finds what I need in seconds.
  • Cons

  • Lags and delays can be pretty annoying at time.
  • I was a little disappointed that I wasn't able to integrate my FB, LinkedIn, Twitter or Instagram links into my profile because I'm not a premium member.
  • I have found it difficult to access from my phone when I try to open an email.
