M very happy with dotloop  overall. I wish it were a little more user friendly for cellphones but other than that it works great.

You can appreciate the ease and simplicity of the software.

Dotloop is so much cleaner in terms of appearance- more modern, super easy to use and overall fantastic.

Dotloop has been the best transactional desk software that I have used in my real estate career. The integrations between sales documents, e-signings, company files, and contacts is top notch.

Overall its a great tool to use, it has help me keep my work organized and found a good flow of tasks.

I like the cost - so much cheaper than the software we were using.

Its user-friendly interface, electronic signature capabilities, and integration with industry tools make it a valuable asset for agents and brokers.

You can adjust the specific order of your documents so that the most important ones are at the very top. Clients find it easy to use, they can electronically sign documents right from their phone.

My only complaint is they are no longer working with Keller Williams after this month. I'm going to miss having access to it and have even considered paying for it personally.

Everyone in my company is leaving DotLoop because of the conflict of interest and the way Zillow has stabbed us in the back as agents.

The software is friendly, easy to use, saves  time and money.

I love the things you can customize. I love that you don't let me delete things.

The only bad experience, or what I would suggest looking into, is how a couple has to use two different emails.

The customer service is amazing and when our company first got started on it they were there helping every agent quickly.

Dotloop takes the worry out of getting documents signed.

Saving features can be confusing. Adding additional signatures can be confusing.

Terrible service getting help, induced into terms and conditions that were dead links, overbilled.

The versatility, I can use it from my laptop, tablet or phone and its user friendly and its great when you need to integrate everyone in the deal. Love and recommend it to all.

In my opinion, there are no aspects regarding this product that are negative.

The cost/benefit is spot on. Affordable and easy to use.

Skyslope is very easy to use and comprehensive. I can upload documents, split files and track the status.

Really loved the integration with Zipforms and the ability to have an all in one transaction management software.

There is a clean look to the software. Customization of the software color schemes is nice to match your company brokerage.

SkySlope is straightforward and I love it. And again they are doing nothing but making it better.

I really like Skyslope much better than Dot Loop. It  makes the transaction flows better and is fast.

It's security is falling behind the curve in the age of block chain. The product is one of titans at the moment.

Overall this is better than DotLoop, Docusign, Appfiles, Form Simplicity.

It is a total waste of time and I am stuck with Skyslope as long as I work with my broker.

So far we are loving Skyslope and are excited to have found a long term solution for our transactions.

The support is stellar for problems both big and small. My favorite part is that they are constantly improving the program with exciting ideas.

Nothing really, the system is created with the user in mind so the UX concepts make difficult to dislike this program.

This option allows me the confidence to make sure I have all of the necessary documents for each transaction. I also like how the checklist is set up for each type of real estate transaction.

I just recently switched to eXp Realty and I love the ease of Skyslope. It has made transactions so much easier than what I was using before.

I enjoy the ease of emailing the document for digital signature through digisign, and even better that it automatically get's sent to me and the other parties when it's all signed.

It is very simple to use and great for organizing digital files. I also love that it has a great e-sign system which I use very frequently.

Every once in a while it can be difficult to load documents into the software, but I suspect that is mostly due to internet connection.

I love that it literally guides me through all the information that is needed for me to have a complete file.

Costumer service , don't know what they're doing dodging me form one to another and issues not resolved.

Super user friendly with minimal learning curve, love that an individual skyslope email is created for each transaction, assign, email and log capabilities are outstanding.

I feel skyslope is an adequate software and not the bells and whistles, but who wants to pay for that. For that it is costing it is worth it.

Customer support is the absolute best, hands down. We love everything about SkySlope.

The website does crash every once in awhile, which can be very problematic in a fast paced real estate market.

My only complaint is a that it took us so long to decide to on board.

It has just enough integrations to let you do almost your entire transaction management process from one place. It also has a very clean, modern and easy to use interface once you get the hang of it.
