The format was a little hard for me to get used to, but once I caught on it was a great way to keep forms organized. Printing forms, emailing, or sending for e-signatures was so easy.

It's easy to use and the new dashboard display is much better. Overall for the price it doesn't the job.

It is nice to have all the forms I need in one location.

It is good for electronic signature requests. Once I integrated more features into my process, I leveled up to Total Brokerage.

I found that Form Simplicity was the easiest platform I was exposed to early in my career and it has only improved over the last few years. I'm very grateful for this platform and the easy of use.

This is a great program to use when needing to do work quickly and efficiently.

I sometimes had difficulty quickly finding what I was looking for. Probably user error, however.

Form Simplicity came free with my Miami Realtor Subscription. It works nicely with MLS listing numbers and all pre-set forms are accessible through a quick search.

Creates folders of documents that you use on a regular basis. Gives you automatic updates to any form changes and the best feature is the e-sign for documents.

The signing process is an awful mess and hard to use. It goes down constantly.

It does a good job of presenting template files. Large attachment size is nice.

Probably the only thing that is annoying is the upgrades.

Very satisfied with the software. There is enough I can do with it as opposed to what I can't do.

The only dislike I have about Form Simplicity is the new update they installed.

Some of the communication interface for the TDS & SPQ can be confusing for client.

Biggest advantage is  that its user friendly so anyone could access and use it with very little training or coaching.

I love the integration with DocuSign which makes getting signatures a breeze and saves me the time of dropping the signatures into the documents.

The seller has the capability  to complete their disclosures more quickly and we have the ability to share them more quickly as well. Also the ability to get agents to complete their Avid faster.

Glide has been a major time saver for me. I absolutely LOVE this program. The customer service is also quick and very helpful.

Since Glide integrates with car.org form it has become a one stop shop, I have recommended to other TC's I have come into contact with, it's great.

I like how i get notified as the file moves along via email. And i like even more how it integrates with CAR.org.

The ease of filling out the Questionnaires like the TDS and SPQ is great.

Easy for the clients so they don't have to print out the documents complete them, then scan them back to me. Also, great that I can have the agents complete their AVID and I can order the NHD.

No notice when a task has not been completed yet.

I love that everything is in 1 spot from the disclosures & NHD to the AVID. You can load other CAR forms and integrate with docusign and have all of the signature boxes loaded for you.

It can be a little difficult for the elderly, but that is inherent with most software.

I also love the ability to add pictures to the AVIDs ensuring that there is no ambiguity on what is referenced.

Feedback loop after seller flags questions for agent assistance; confusing for sellers to figure out how to go back & update answers once they have conferred with their agent.

Initially intimidating, many features require money, but not much.

If I ever have a problem, I can't them and boom, I hear back right away.

Again takes the pressure off the agent and TC,where the seller answers questions instead of us.

Glide has REVOLUTIONIZED completing disclosures in California. We love the ability to send a completed set of disclosures through the program as well.

They provide all good feedback on the ease of use and the helpfulness of getting the disclosures done right the first time.

For us, it was the ease of doing the AVID with my Agents. They can do their AVID while at the property during a Home Inspection.

When I first started using it there were some missing features, a lot of these have since been added.
