User -friendly for investors. Keeps information secure and organized.

It has been a great experience and our investors have been pleased with our roll out of the system.

My overall experience through each phase has been fantastic and we have realized all the benefits we had hoped JS would bring.

The implementation team from Juniper was quick and responsive and made the migration much easier than anticipated. Our investors like the site and find it informative and easy to use.

Our investors like being able to access their current and historical investor information on their own schedule and the Juniper Square portal is intuitive and easy to use.

The customer service team is amazing. They helped guide us through a fairly labor intensive process of migrating all our information to their platform.

This function was previously executed via a number of spreadsheets, was error prone and time consuming. We no longer have to print checks.

Ease of communication with investors. Simplicity to make distributions.

Not sure I could say we have any cons at this time.

Great Software With A Great Company Behind It.

It is amazingly fast to do capital calls and have it ready to send to investors.

7 online reporting portal - easy to use and modify - streamlines marketing and ops for future capital raises. Online incorporation with DocuSign.

It has been difficult for me to reuse emails that we often send to investors without having to retype them.

Ease of use was high with this one. I feel like you can do all that you need to quickly with the software and that I have never needed more.

The best file management system with an amazing support team. This is a great program whether you're a solo broker owner or if you own and manage multiple locations/agents.

Skyslope is very easy to use and comprehensive. I can upload documents, split files and track the status.

Really loved the integration with Zipforms and the ability to have an all in one transaction management software.

There is a clean look to the software. Customization of the software color schemes is nice to match your company brokerage.

SkySlope is straightforward and I love it. And again they are doing nothing but making it better.

I really like Skyslope much better than Dot Loop. It  makes the transaction flows better and is fast.

The customer support is the best I seen in any industry. This is a top notch product and company full of  top notch people.

Solid and excellent transaction management software. Allows me to check to make sure that I've uploaded all necessary documents and submitted all required information related to a deal.

Never had a service or product that I was more disappointed in then SkySlope.

The support team at SkySlope is the best in the industry with an amazing response time. I also like how we have access to other help features through their website.

It's security is falling behind the curve in the age of block chain. The product is one of titans at the moment.

Overall this is better than DotLoop, Docusign, Appfiles, Form Simplicity.

It is a total waste of time and I am stuck with Skyslope as long as I work with my broker.

So far we are loving Skyslope and are excited to have found a long term solution for our transactions.

The support is stellar for problems both big and small. My favorite part is that they are constantly improving the program with exciting ideas.

Nothing really, the system is created with the user in mind so the UX concepts make difficult to dislike this program.

This option allows me the confidence to make sure I have all of the necessary documents for each transaction. I also like how the checklist is set up for each type of real estate transaction.

I just recently switched to eXp Realty and I love the ease of Skyslope. It has made transactions so much easier than what I was using before.

I enjoy the ease of emailing the document for digital signature through digisign, and even better that it automatically get's sent to me and the other parties when it's all signed.

The best agent transaction management system money can buy.

It is very simple to use and great for organizing digital files. I also love that it has a great e-sign system which I use very frequently.

Every once in a while it can be difficult to load documents into the software, but I suspect that is mostly due to internet connection.

I love that it literally guides me through all the information that is needed for me to have a complete file.

Costumer service , don't know what they're doing dodging me form one to another and issues not resolved.

Super user friendly with minimal learning curve, love that an individual skyslope email is created for each transaction, assign, email and log capabilities are outstanding.

I feel skyslope is an adequate software and not the bells and whistles, but who wants to pay for that. For that it is costing it is worth it.

Customer support is the absolute best, hands down. We love everything about SkySlope.

The website does crash every once in awhile, which can be very problematic in a fast paced real estate market.

My only complaint is a that it took us so long to decide to on board.

It has just enough integrations to let you do almost your entire transaction management process from one place. It also has a very clean, modern and easy to use interface once you get the hang of it.
