This software is user friendly and efficient. We have increased productivity.

It is integrated with nearly every system we use, save us so much time (and time is money) allowing us to handle more transactions in less time.

The Customer Service reps are 9 times out of 10 clueless and extremely unknowledgeable about the software system.

My company uses Qualia to keep track of upcoming closings. It's a nice place to go if I have a question about the progress of a contract.

Also the integration with our underwriters is amazing.

This software is smarter than I am and knows what I need even before I do. The onboarding process helped me to set up for success and the customer service is the absolute best.

I love using Qualia and everything is saved in there so you can never lose anything. It even syncs with your email so you can have everything in one place.

There is no way to customize the software to your specific needs.

It's a platform focused on ease of use for both administrators and users. A perfect fit for those who have tried (and struggled) with other programs, due to lack of partner integrations.

I appreciate that the Qualia team is always responsive and ready to help solve any problem as well.

Having the ability to be able to communicate with all parties and know where in the process a contract is, in REAL TIME, is fabulous.

To Process certain things it is so quick and easy, templates are my favorite.

Sometimes it takes longer than it should or just doesn't work at all, so I'll have to refresh the internet page I'm in or restart the whole computer.

I love that the property address populates by itself, including the county, so simple yet so effective.

I like the ease of saving and emailing documents. I like that you can integrate with UPS, Simplifile and Word.

There are quite a few malfunctions & wrong data somehow generated.

It's intuitive, cooperative, easy to use, and collaborative. I use it daily for processing titles and there is nothing better.

My experience with top producer has been absolutely wonderful.

You can get the name and contact info. No addresses, no notes, no list of items sent to a particular client.

You will have to purchase additional subscriptions they do not disclose. IDX is very crappy and unprofessional, unless you purchase from 3rd party and install on your site.

I find it is not the easiest tool to organize unless I am on it everyday. I have no time to do that.

The experience with Top Producer is good, the customer support is polite and helpful.

It can be awkward, and we used to use the flyer-maker feature but I found it to be a little slow and clunky.

It seems glitchy and difficult to use on a mobile platform.

The Top Producer system will create more headache and stress in your life when you are trying to do the opposite. Then they stick it to you with a cancel fee of 5 months service upfront to cancel.

If their software doesn't integrate with other software it is a pain.

Furthermore, when I got fed up with this lousy system and the lousy customer service, I tried to cancel. Oh, you can't cancel unless you pay us our ridiculous monthly fee for 5 months.

The contacts are easy to import and easy to set up in the Top Producer X web version. I enjoy seeing my email conversations within the contacts.

It's a total scam, they can trick you into wasting your time and money, then when you had enough and want to cancel they refuse to cancel your billing.

Everything from customer service to, terrible terms of contracts.

The email design for the market snapshots was terrible and I could never get them to format correctly.

Top Producer is a great CRM/Transaction Management tool for agents and brokers growing their business.

I love Top Producer and plan to continue to use it. They also have great, supportive training.

The lost of email history and google sync when the Google password is changed.

Its behind the times, and difficult for end users that, especially if they are not very tech savvy, to use and operate. Deals and clients seem to get lost in the mist, its hard to know what way is up.

The calendar and transaction reminders are fantastic. And , what a great feature Google Sync is.

A great program for the price and really provides a lot of helpful features.

I love it and will continue to use for many many years to come. So user friendly that anyone can use it.

The customer service is superb and they are very patient. If you are considering this software, look no further, totally worth your investment.

I like that it has many features - statistics, built-in feature sheets or the ability to design your own, and it keeps contact lists.

Integration with my outside website was pretty easy.

It is a good addition to my normal work environment, using  Win10 touchscreen laptop.

It is severely outdated. It is cumbersome, not easy to navigate, and just clunky.

I also like how easy it is to send an email to select contact types making it even easier to stay top of mind.

Some of the windows are a bit hard to figure out and follow.

But once you do it's easy and customer support has been great and always walks me through whatever issue I'm having. I like all the features and reports and how it connects with my gmail account.

I appreciate the ease of checking off tasks as they are completed. Entering information is also simple.

That's the biggest downfall. I use Chrome for everything so having to have another browser open is a little bit frustrating.

I have been using it for about 8 years and find it super easy and quick to use. They offer great training courses and are always happy to help me with any questions I have.

The cost of TP and the lack of updates and integrations have been disappointing over the years.

Invaluable in so manu functions to support an active Realtor. There is a learning curve for anyone starting to use it but your tech support team are fabulous.
