eEmpAct is a great software

Pros

We use eempact. It is a product from bond. Although it is not the newest software and we do need an update, it is still a good one. You can do everything from front office to back office processing with it. Easy enough to use and learn.

Cons

I with this software would have updated versus them creating a new software. There are some features that aren't customizable. pulling numbers or candidate information into a report format is sometimes difficult. Limited options.

Bond was a good experience as it's a well known name but not very customisable

Needs a lot of work and more support with integrated business support software but good for nothing to complexed.

Pros

Well known name, stable and simple to use. The features are clearly displayed and it's simple to track activity etc.

Cons

Lack of customisation, UI is rather bland and could do with a splash of colour or even customisable company logo going forward.

Pros

Nothing - clunky to navigate, dated feel and look to it. Customer service allowing us to leave our contract early!

terrible for contract recruitment

I can't describe how much I hate adapt, worst CRM i have ever used. Cant edit details once you've put things on, can't enter candidates disciplines. might work for permanent but for contract recruitment this is the worst system it is so slow it takes you then minutes to do anything. you cant use the tasks feature DO NOT SET YOUR CALL BACKS ON HERE as it wont tell you when to call back.

Pros

the staff are always nice when i complain or need help.

Cons

crashes all the time/ not easy to edit stuff you've done on there/ takes about 10 minutes to upload a candidate/ hard to use/ uneasy format/

Great Support and Services

The support that Bond Adapt had been given to us is almost immediately although we are in a different county, Bond Adapt support team make us feel like they are there almost any time you needed them. Our business processes had been so effectively blend in with Bond Adapt software as their flexibilities in customizing can be almost anything, whatever you asked them, the can do attitude really makes us feel so confident in using Bond Adapt for a longer term.

Pain in the rear.

Pros

Nothing.
Product wasn't that impressive.
Customer Support was a joke.
Price was no better than other companies.

Cons

In addition to only being "supported" on Firefox, the company doesn't alert you to upcoming changes. We spent a week tracking down an issue where the server certificates had expired but there was no email, pop-up, or call stating this would happen. It wasn't until I installed a fresh version and saw the new certificate number that I realized what had happened. We lost around 50 clients that week.

The support people are great. I am praying that Microsoft comes out with an ATS now that they have purchased Linkedin

Cons

This is the WORST ATS I have ever used.
You have to click so many different screens to get the info entered into the system. It is VERY cumbersome and not user friendly.This software is awful. Out of date. very difficult to use.
It takes so long to enter a job order.
They cant do different timezones for interviews.
Billing is a PAIN.

Pros

Adapt easily combines a CRM tool and ATS that is Outlook based. The timesheet program is embedded right into our website making it simple for candidates to submit timesheets and for clients to review and approve them. Potential new candidates can easily search for open positions and submit their resumes with just a few clicks. When we started our company, we needed software that was scalable and could grow with us. Bond has been there every step of the way as we have grown. They have been terrific.

Cons

I compared Adapt to the other major staffing & recruiting software packages and it was easily the best that I reviewed.

Excellent Product / Highly Reliable

Pros

Highly reliable product. Never encountered any down time with database. Excellent team of professionals work for Adapt. I have been using Adapt products for 16 years.

Cons

Nothing. I am extremely happy with Bond and AdaptSuite.
