Broadbean is a cloud-based recruiting platform that utilizes a network of job boards, social networks and other online recruitment channels to distribute postings around various job portals. Featuring four main modules (BroadbeanPosting, BroadbeanSearch, BroadbeanSocial and BroadbeanReferral), Broadbean helps recruiters to source and track potential candidates.

With BroadbeanPosting, users can instantly distribute job postings to various of online channels. As candidates begin to apply, recruiters can manage applicant responses and fine-tune which channels they're posting to in order to monitor performance and manage the recruitment process. Finally, users can use BroadbeanSearch to find previously sourced candidates—along with any potential candidates on LinkedIn or other resume databases—to find a good match. Employees can also recommend a friend or acquaintance as a candidate using the BroadbeanReferral portal.

Broadbean supports integration with third-party applicant tracking systems and websites and supports mobile recruiting on iOS, Android or Blackberry devices.

    Cons

    Very slow to implement (3 months) so don't get in a hurry. Also, very very tedious and labor intensive process for getting all the "free" websites setup in advance which you have to do (not broadbean).

    Does a job but there are better systems. Terrible customer service.

    Does what it needs to do.
    Multipost jobs
    Search multiple databases at once.
    Save time
    Expensive compared to other suppliers

    Cons

    The customer service is diabolical!
    Miss-out on some candidates if you don't always search direct.
    Always getting things wrong.
    Expensive.
