The applications of system dynamics in this software is very easy. We have learned how to apply system dynamics in school, and it is very easy to learn and implement policies using vensim.

Easy and simple integration with existing software.

Some of the functionality of Indeed.com is lost when accessing through Broadbean (nothing major though).

Most of the time it is a complete waste of my time to go on the site.

We very rarely have any issues with Jobs not posting correctly. Overall a great product that does exactly what you need it to do.

I love the website design and how easily accessible it is. The green and white colors of the web page are very consistent with the logo which I liked to see.

This product allows for the admins to do just about everything on your own. The integration with Salesforce is nice as well.

I love how quickly you can post to 10+ sites at once. Overall the site is easy and intuitive for all of our users.

The fact that it archives adverts for quick and easy editing, as opposed to writing from scratch each time. Also, the fact that you can reach such a large variety of platforms was great.

Definitely recommend trialing it as a tool. I think it's one of the most widely used in the Agency Staffing / Recruitment industry so reliable and likely it will have the integrations that you need.

Their UI is very straight forward and easy to use.

We love their product and really wish we would be able to utilize their resume search feature within our current ATS. Their Job Posting function which we currently use works without any issues.

No auto user provisioning makes it a pain to add users to another system. Manually changing credentials could be a smoother process as well.

They have updated their UI so it does not look old and clunky unlike some of their competitors. Broadbean integrates extremely well into other SaaS solutions in particular Bullhorn ATS.

This software could be a bit faster, for it was lagging a lot throughout my user experience. That deterred me from using this product more often.

The idea is great, we love using the ats and call list functionality and are driving this in our business, so far well received.

I love how organized the software is. There are so many intricate components, and the sections allow us to categorize the work flow better.

The flow of the work stream and lack of process is annoying. It's difficult to map to a current customer retention process.

Its been problematic and terrible since the beginning. We will be switching in short order.

You can add more than 1 candidate record more than once which means that there is a data redundancy. This should be avoided at all costs.

I like the ease of use and working with customer support. I enjoy the tools it offers to help make the job easier from an end user standpoint.

I like it's ability to track and log activity and it's ease of reporting. I know what my call count is at all times and the number of calls I need to make to hit my number.

Ease of use, the sytem allows me tofind and add information with the greatest of ease.

Candidate management has always been a struggle for us but Bullhorn does a wonderful job in helping recruiters succeed on our daily tasks.

Overall, I think that the software was effective and easy to use. The software had up-to date features that made the experience of using the software pleasant.

Great API for access to develop custom functions, great support for enterprise customers.

The communication was poor- their billing team are based in the US and there was no acknowledgement of the mistake. My initial consultant chased them down for me, and advised me of their error.

Integrates with a lot of other software we use like TextUs, Herefish, LinkedIn, LinkedIn Jobs, etc. We also like that it has a lot of capability and functionality, more than other ATS's I have used.

I love Bullhorn to maintain my talent pool and inventory. This is a great way of saving candidate Data and then accessing it whenever we need it.

The speed (or lack thereof) when loading each screen is terrible. The support staff can access your data without your knowledge.

They then continue to expect payments to be made to them and will make contact regularly to make demands, while completely ignoring and refusing to act on the unresolved issues.

Bullhorn provides the utmost ATS, we can easily keep a track of the candidates and the scrutinization becomes easy with the desired keywords set. The user interface of the software is also good.

I have trouble with looking at everything and staying organized with those functions.

Its OK, better than others out there but has a long way to go before we'd consider it perfect.

I like the ease of use the fast tracking of suitable people and the easyness to keep track on everthing.

The customer service is horrible - honestly the worst I've ever seen.

User friendly to those who have worked with applicant tracking systems or CRMs. Good integration with other systems.

I enjoyed the reminder emails that would automatically be sent every week to remind me to enter and submit my time. It was also great to be able to see all previous weeks' hours and history.

Because there are so many types of one function, it becomes too cluttered and difficult to use. The quick access is lacking with this system and the pricing did not sit right with me at all.
