The applications of system dynamics in this software is very easy. We have learned how to apply system dynamics in school, and it is very easy to learn and implement policies using vensim.

Easy and simple integration with existing software.

Some of the functionality of Indeed.com is lost when accessing through Broadbean (nothing major though).

Most of the time it is a complete waste of my time to go on the site.

We very rarely have any issues with Jobs not posting correctly. Overall a great product that does exactly what you need it to do.

I love the website design and how easily accessible it is. The green and white colors of the web page are very consistent with the logo which I liked to see.

This product allows for the admins to do just about everything on your own. The integration with Salesforce is nice as well.

Definitely recommend trialing it as a tool. I think it's one of the most widely used in the Agency Staffing / Recruitment industry so reliable and likely it will have the integrations that you need.

Their UI is very straight forward and easy to use.

We love their product and really wish we would be able to utilize their resume search feature within our current ATS. Their Job Posting function which we currently use works without any issues.

No auto user provisioning makes it a pain to add users to another system. Manually changing credentials could be a smoother process as well.

They have updated their UI so it does not look old and clunky unlike some of their competitors. Broadbean integrates extremely well into other SaaS solutions in particular Bullhorn ATS.

This software could be a bit faster, for it was lagging a lot throughout my user experience. That deterred me from using this product more often.

We started out using a quarter of the functionality. Then I turned my technology guy loose.

Almost every feature you would wish for is built into the software. Most all of needed functionality is included in the base price.

PCRecruiter is user friendly. I like how each user can setup the records to flow with the information they need to view most.

Self hosted are the last to get updates which is somewhat understood but not sure why it lags so far behind.

I do not believe that there is a better option. It is a very good program that manages candidates well.

From their basic features to the more granular, PCRecruiter has been an excellent and reliable business tool for us, for almost 14 years.

It is pretty user friendly, there are a ton of features with PCR that are available and if you take the time to go through and experiment, you will find out how helpful it can really be.

I know it gives you certain options, but when you choose to do that, it sends out a weird text message that automatically arises suspicion on the candidates end.

The next biggest benefit is constant improvement. Especially with integrated systems like LinkedIn.

PCRecruiter is very easy to navigate and the integration with Outlook and LinkedIn is excellent.

Windows-based with an app for the phone which is a big improvement over our last software. Customer support is very helpful when needed and response time is great.

I love that we can store documents like: fee agreements, invoices, letters, and resumes and other legal documents.

It's an adaptive software and is expanding to fit our growing needs. Very easy to customize menus and parts of the site to save time and increase your workflow productivity.
