I love how organized the software is. There are so many intricate components, and the sections allow us to categorize the work flow better.

The flow of the work stream and lack of process is annoying. It's difficult to map to a current customer retention process.

Its been problematic and terrible since the beginning. We will be switching in short order.

You can add more than 1 candidate record more than once which means that there is a data redundancy. This should be avoided at all costs.

I like the ease of use and working with customer support. I enjoy the tools it offers to help make the job easier from an end user standpoint.

I like it's ability to track and log activity and it's ease of reporting. I know what my call count is at all times and the number of calls I need to make to hit my number.

Ease of use, the sytem allows me tofind and add information with the greatest of ease.

Candidate management has always been a struggle for us but Bullhorn does a wonderful job in helping recruiters succeed on our daily tasks.

The communication was poor- their billing team are based in the US and there was no acknowledgement of the mistake. My initial consultant chased them down for me, and advised me of their error.

Integrates with a lot of other software we use like TextUs, Herefish, LinkedIn, LinkedIn Jobs, etc. We also like that it has a lot of capability and functionality, more than other ATS's I have used.

I love Bullhorn to maintain my talent pool and inventory. This is a great way of saving candidate Data and then accessing it whenever we need it.

The speed (or lack thereof) when loading each screen is terrible. The support staff can access your data without your knowledge.

They then continue to expect payments to be made to them and will make contact regularly to make demands, while completely ignoring and refusing to act on the unresolved issues.

Bullhorn provides the utmost ATS, we can easily keep a track of the candidates and the scrutinization becomes easy with the desired keywords set. The user interface of the software is also good.

I have trouble with looking at everything and staying organized with those functions.

Its OK, better than others out there but has a long way to go before we'd consider it perfect.

I like the ease of use the fast tracking of suitable people and the easyness to keep track on everthing.

The customer service is horrible - honestly the worst I've ever seen.

User friendly to those who have worked with applicant tracking systems or CRMs. Good integration with other systems.

I enjoyed the reminder emails that would automatically be sent every week to remind me to enter and submit my time. It was also great to be able to see all previous weeks' hours and history.

Because there are so many types of one function, it becomes too cluttered and difficult to use. The quick access is lacking with this system and the pricing did not sit right with me at all.
