Pros/Cons

Pros
I really like the Ease of use and customer support, the functionality is great and it integrates with many products
Ease of use couldn't be simpler. Easy flow process and creation features. Love the integration to back office

Cons
1. The UI shows flashes of brilliance with certain aspects, but lacks uniform functionality across the board. 2. Base package goes the distance, but some needs and wants carry additional cost/spend.
The internal search capabilities could stand to be much more robust however I would still highly recommend this product.

Pros
It is very dependable and easy to use. It never crashes.
It is fairly easy to use and navigate and the knowledge base is helpful. I purchased the Engage add-on and this is a very robust tool that I recommend for recruiting!

Cons
Job Vite provides the customer support through a artificial AI ,where you need to type in your issues in to the chatbox which gets annoying sometimes
The user interface need some tweaks to make it more user friendly. The user experience is good but can be improved for sure.
