Bullhorn ATS vs PCRecruiter

1. The UI shows flashes of brilliance with certain aspects, but lacks uniform functionality across the board. 2. Base package goes the distance, but some needs and wants carry additional cost/spend.

The internal search capabilities could stand to be much more robust however I would still highly recommend this product.

Mass emails are a pain, but once you learn the system, it works fine.

There can be a lot of lagging, though I will say in the last year or so this has improved a ton.
