Pros/Cons
Pros
- Also, there are so many different ways to organize and extract information to view for future company improvement. But the best part is having absolutely terrific customer support.
- Overall, I would recommend this product to organizations looking to automate tasks and improve efficiency, but it works best as a compliment to other systems.
- I like that it is easy to use, that it has great integration abilities, as well as it's customization abilities.
Cons
- No major upgrades or releases in ovder 2 years, no plans to come out with a new release or upgrade. The dashboard is weak and their reports are weak, have to use excel spreadsheet behind catsone.
- The lack of this feature makes it difficult for us to keep track of all of our placements, which means that we have to use a different system to maintain our historical knowledge.
- The software does not work well with LinkedIn.
Pros
- The ease of use, the front end appearance is very easy to navigate. All of the features that you would expect and want from an efficient and well designed CRM/AMS are there, and at a great price.
- Amazing experience their support has been the best hands down for any product or service we have ever used.
- I personally have really enjoyed using Recruiterflow. It is very user friendly and the different functions are easy to learn and the reports are very helpful for company tracking purposes.
Cons
- When i upload the candidates profile (add candidate), the system always read the wrong telephone number from the resume.
- Bulk movement of stages. A lot of my non recruiterflow emails are getting labelled "recruiterflow" on my headout gmail account and that's a real problem too.
- Tabs are on either ends so it's slightly hard. Check Greenhouse maybe for UI.
